Mannheim

SPRACHSCHULE

How to get there?

The language classes are distributed all across the city so I will list the nearest stop to each building( this might have changed already so if anything is not covered refer to the office at L9-7.

  • L9-7(Hauptbahnhof)

  • B6 (Universitat West)

  • L14-15(Hauptbahnhof)

What you can have for lunch around there?

  • There are Doner shops near the Hauptbahnhof (If you are willing to walk a bit or just take the tram to Kunsthalle) I would recommend Katik’s Doner.

  • If you are at B6 then you can eat at the Mensa

  • To eat at the Mensa, you will need to get a temporary card from the DAF office at L9-7 (you will need to pay a deposit of 25 Euros and if you live in Ulmenweg you will definitely need it because it is used to pay for using the washing machines)

MOBILTY

  • VRN Tickets must be purchased monthly cover your travel around Mannheim and can be purchased at the machines at the Haltestelle

- If you are living at Ulmenweg, there are 2 Turkish markets nearby
